Abstract

The article considers the problems of conformity of point rating system we evaluation of student achievement level control system of the formation of competencies in the context of the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education. Analyzes the approaches of traditional and competen the educational paradigm of the assessment of learning outcomes. The approach to the control level of the formation of competences with the help of the constructor of the tasks on the basis of the taxonomy B. Bloom.
